2. Brief Introduction of Steamer Type Integrated Mould
蒸锅式机模一体化模具是为工程胎及巨胎开发的一种新式专用机模一体化硫化机,采用硫化罐与模具相结合的方式,在硫化罐内完成定型、硫化、出胎的全过程。
The steamer type integrated mould is a new type of integrated curing press specially designed for OTR and giant tyre, integrating autoclave and mould, completing the whole process of forming, curing and demolding inside the autoclave.
比传统的硫化机节省资金50%以上;且故障少;运行稳定;维护费用低的特点。
This integrated mould saves cost over 50% comparing with the traditional curing press with less failure, stable operation, low maintenance cost.
借鉴硫化罐的硫化方式,所以比传统的机模一体化模具和自动锁模模具硫化温度均匀,增加轮胎行驶面的硫化温度,解决了轮胎行驶面欠硫的问题,提高产品质量,增加轮胎的使用寿命。
Referring to the curing method of the autoclave, comparing with the traditional integrated mould and the auto-locking mould,it has uniform curing temperature,and increases the curing temperature on tread surface of tyre, and thus solves the problem of undercure on tread surface of tyre, improves product quality, and prolong the life time of tyre.
3、蒸锅式机模一体化模具硫化过程
3. Curing Process of Steamer Type Integrated Mould
首先,将机内胶囊预热拉伸,然后将成型好的胎胚放入胶囊内,放入上钢圈锁紧,中心机构活塞通过外压水的作用,向下运动,同时定型蒸汽由进气管进入胶囊内,在这个过程中,胶囊通过定型蒸汽的作用使胎胚定型至模具的2/3大小,然后将轮胎模具上模,放入硫化机中与下模合模并锁紧。然后吊入上盖,旋转锁紧密封。同时锁紧柱塞缸在高压水的作用下,推动模具整体上升,直到达到锁紧所需要的合模力为止。然后,点击控制柜上的自动硫化按钮,自动硫化正式开始,胶囊内与外汽室分别通入过热水与蒸汽,可以根据轮胎规格及工艺的不同,设定不同的硫化工艺。硫化结束后,控制系统自动关闭所有进水、进气阀门,自动打开所有回水阀门,当胶囊内压与罐体压力为零时整个硫化工艺完成。
First,preheat and stretch the bladder inside the integrated mould,then put the formed green tire inside bladder,put the top bead ring then lock well. Piston on centering mechanism moves down by the press from the outside water. Meanwhile, forming steam goes into the bladder from inlet tube. During this process, bladder forms the tire into 2/3 size of mould by the function of forming steam.Then, put the top mould into the curing press and lock it well with bottom mould. Then put the top cover on, rotate and lock it to seal. Meanwhile, locking plunger-type cylinder pushes the mould entirely going up by the function of high pressure water until reaching the mould close power to lock. Then ,press the button of auto-curing on the controlling closet, the auto-curing starts, connect the superheated water and steam into inner and outer steamer of bladder, setting different curing technology according to different tyre sizes and technology. After curing, controlling system automatically close all valves for water and steam inlet. Automatically open all the water return valve. The whole curing process finish when the pressure inside bladder and autoclave are both as zero.
然后,打开锁紧柱塞缸的回水,打开上盖,把上模吊出,中心机构上环上升拉伸胶囊,胶囊通过抽真空达到收缩状态,用吊具吊出轮胎。这样整个定型、硫化,出胎过程全部完成。
Then, open return water of locking plunger type cylinder ,open the top cover, lift out top mould. Push up the top ring of centering mechanism to stretch bladder. The bladder reaches to shrink status by evacuating, then lift out the tyre by lifting tool. In this way, the whole process of forming, curing and demolding are compeleted.

轮胎模具是轮胎硫化的关键环节,该机型从根本上解决了传统硫化设备的体积庞大,成本高的难题;同时,也解决了目前机模一体化及自动锁模模具哈弗配合部位欠硫现象,提高轮胎的整体质量,增强轮胎使用寿命,填补了国内外的空白,达到国际先进水平。
Tyre mould is the key point for tyre curing. The steamer type integrated mould fundamentally solves problem of large volume and high cost of traditional curing equipment; Meanwhile, it also solves problem of undercure at top and bottom mould connecting part of the current integrated mould and auto-locking mould. It improves the overall quality of tyres, enhances lifetime of tyres, filling the blank of domestic and overseas, reaching international advanced level.
